The day-workshop tiggered our feelings and made us aware of our (non)diferences

1-What’s my name and pronoun? How I like to be called? How is it linked to a gender based society?

2-Team Building activity: Are we all on the same boat?
Participants were divided very unfairly in 4 different boats with the same mission but with very different recourses to accomplish the same aim. Only by group participation, sharing an accepting others difference the whole group could achieve it. The fun game was followed by a debriefing= How does it feel when you are on a different boat?

3- The ROPE and the AGORA : Let’s agree to agree
The group is divided into 2 groups but only one rope tided up at a beach ‘palm .Only by cooperation the group could free the Knot. At the beach we try to untried a knote by having fun and agreeing rules. Then later on , we meet as in an ‘Agora’ to decide democratically our gruop agreement for the rest of the week

Expectations and hopes: every participant is asked to write privately his/hers expectations&hopes for the week. Those notes were hidden in a balloon that decorated the entrance of our working room. Every day (as in our daily life)we walked along /passed by trough our expectation&hopes .Those could vary from one day to another. The only thing that we carry with us day and night is our FEARS , therefore we have to learn to life with them somehow around. The artistic side of our participants flourish when they have to modélate the ugliest versión of our fears to be and place the in clearlly exposed in the room.

5-Daily open heart evaluation according to the emotions and feelings described by weather signs

6-Fiesta time!!
Our intercultural shared table: time to celebrate (surrounded by great food and music) our country specialites. We have it all, dances, music,a quiz and loveable explanations from each country team.
