Creactivers (https://creactivers.org) is a non-profit social network dedicated to connecting creative activists who, through art and cultural expression, contribute to building a more just, conscious and caring world.

1. Ownership of the Platform

Creactivers is a collaborative initiative driven by Global Unity, Sumak Kausay A.C. and Tortilla de Ideas.

2. Purpose of the Site

Creactivers allows any user to create a profile, post notes and actions, and connect with others within a map of creative activism. This platform is non-commercial and is based on the values of respect, collaboration and freedom of responsible expression.

3. User Registration

By registering with Creactivers, you agree to the following:

• We only collect the data strictly necessary to provide the service: name, email and a reference location.
• The requested location serves only as a static data for other users to know your geographic radius of action. We do not do real time tracking nor do we use active geolocation.
• Registration implies automatic subscription to our newsletter, which is used to share news and updates from the network. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to [email protected]..
• We respect the privacy and security of users. The public profile of users does not show their email. This is only shown in the “My account” panel of each user, being able to modify it at any time.
• If you wish to delete your account and all your data, you can request it directly by mail to [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time.

4. Data Usage

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not make any commercial use of the information you provide when you register.
• The sole purpose of the data is to facilitate your participation in the network and to keep you informed of relevant news.

5. Permitted Content and Moderation

The moderation team reserves the right to review, edit or remove any content that does not comply with the following basic rules:

• Contains hate speech, discrimination or violence towards any group, especially the most vulnerable.
• Is related to pornography, arms trafficking, gambling or incitement to violence.
• Infringe copyrights or publish material without proper permission.

✅ We allow and promote content that:

• Promote social change through creativity, art, non-violent action and community building.
• Be respectful, ethical and aligned with the principles of diversity, inclusion and social justice.

In the most serious cases or repeat offenders, moderators may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for the content he/she publishes. Creactivers is not responsible for the opinions, actions, notes, comments or external links shared by its members.

It is the responsibility of each user to maintain the rules of coexistence among other members of the community, avoiding conflicts through comments, chat or content. In case of suspicions of users who may put others at risk or who violate the basic rules of respect, the moderators may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Although we make every effort to keep the platform secure and functional, we cannot guarantee constant availability or the absence of errors. Creactivers shall not be liable for any loss of data, technical failures or damages arising from the use of this site.

8. Changes in Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms to adapt them to new legal or technical requirements. Changes will be notified through the website or via email.

9. Applicable Legislation

This platform is governed by the principles of free software, open culture and digital ethics. In case of legal conflict, a fair, dialogued and respectful solution will be sought with the parties involved.
